MY TEACHER, MY HERO
Everything in
the world commits mistake and that mistake serves us as our lesson which could
change our own point of view, characteristic, and personality as a whole. In accordance
to John Locke, we are born with a “blank slate”, that every human is born without
any built-in mental content that we ourselves have to dig a whole for us to uncover the reality, the
real thing about us and to our outside world. So, in order for us to make sense
in our lives, our parents provide us everything we need to become a
holistically developed and also they tend to be our first teacher. They taught
us how to walk, talk, and smile but in some instances, our parents need to send
us in school for us to learn and discover new thing and ideas.

School provides
a very good teacher which they could help students to come up their needs in
their lives. School is not a school without any presence of a good teacher.
True teacher are
those who really give their heart in teaching, effort in sharing and imparting
their knowledge, and understand the diversity of every student. Exactly, that
must suppose a teacher should be. They should also possess and maintain a good
credibility to everyone.
In my life, I
have a lot of teachers encountered with different attitudes, manners,
personality and characteristics. Some of them are very strict and
disciplinarian, others are ”pawala lang”. I do really appreciate to those
teachers who are strict and disciplinarian because, in that way I’ve learned a
lot from them. I can barely enumerate their names and they are Mrs. Yolanda
Saquian, Mrs. Teresita Perez, Mrs. Agripina Gerasmo, Mrs. Irene Laurilla, Mrs.
Honorata Moleta, Mr. Wilson Tosino, Mrs. Cygnette Lumbo, and Mrs. Siron. Those
teachers I mentioned were really great and good in teaching.
Among them, Mr. Wilson Tosino is my favorite. He is a teacher who truly
cares for his students. He is a genuine teacher who understands every students needs
with a very kind heart.
A principal, a teacher,
a man, and a father who never stops his workings in not just teaching us the
way other teachers do but teaching us good values as well with hearts-on,
minds-on, and hands-on. He is truly dedicated and passionate person to his
works and duties. He deserved to be called the “best teacher”. He is one of the most and the best example of
being a good teacher. No doubts… hats off to you sir!
Above all, I thank God for giving and providing me a teacher who never
fail to teach and guide me through the journey of my life. Without them, I’m
not what I am today.
